Appointment extends beyond the allotted time necessary based on circumstances beyond the notary's control.
Within 90 mins. This fee is in addition to the standard mobile/travel fee and is nonrefundable even if the notarization is unable to be performed due to circumstances beyond the notary's control.
This fee is based on the appointment being cancelled within 2 hours of the confirmed appointment time or if the notarization is unable to be performed due to circumstances beyond the notary's control.
